Probate Court Presents Your Family Matters

A filing fee of $10 must be paid for each adversarial motion filed in any case in the Court. If the Movant has no funds on deposit, the fee will be collected before the Motion is docketed.

Once a motion is filed, the court can reject multiple adversarial motions until the court has ruled on the first motion. The Court will not accept multiple filings within the same case by the same filer without leave of court.The Court reserves the right to charge additional fees for multiple artificial intelligence generated motions.
