LOCAL RULE 90.1 REMOVAL OF WILL FROM SAFE DEPOSIT BOXES
 

Whenever the County Auditor, or his duly-authorized representatives, in the course of conducting an inventory of a safe deposit box or similar receptacle standing in the name of a decedent or ward, locates a Will, or document purported to be the Will, of the decedent or ward, the County Auditor or his representative shall remove such Will or document, and deliver it immediately to a deputy clerk of the Probate Court, and shall receive a receipt therefor.
