- Deposits.
Deposits in the amount set forth in Appendix
A shall be required upon the filing of any action and
proceeding listed therein.
- Additional Deposits.
Costs shall be updated, and a further
deposit shall be required, when:
- An account is filed;
- Real estate is transferred;

Requested by the Court to cover certified mail, publication,
etc.;

A wrongful death settlement is filed;

An Entry confirming sale and ordering
deed and distribution is filed in a Civil Land Sale
proceeding.
- Court Costs.
For the purpose of procuring and maintaining
computerized legal research services, an additional fee
of Three Dollars ($3.00) shall be collected as costs in
each cause filed in an estate, wrongful death, guardianship,
trust, minor settlement, civil action, correction of birth
record, registration of birth, change of name, or adoption.
