LOCAL RULE 55.1 EXAMINATION OF PROBATE RECORDS
 
  1. Removal of Files.

    The Chief Magistrate, in addition to the Judge, may authorize removal of files. Prior to removal, a receipt shall be given containing the name, address, and telephone number of the person assuming responsibility for the documents. All items removed must be returned to the Court within five (5) working days of removal.
